Ecology and Conservation Modeling in ArcGIS

The increased availability of species occurrence records and detailed environmental data provides opportunities to better understand species' spatial use patterns, biodiversity, and changing environmental conditions. Using ArcGIS Pro, this workshop shows how to perform spatiotemporal environmental annotation, describe spatial patterns in ecological data, define homogenous ecological regions, model and predict species distributions, and objectively identify conservation priorities. Each technique is explained conceptually, followed by a demonstration showcasing its use.
