Visualize Proposed Developments is a configuration of ArcGIS Pro that can be used by planners and architects to visualize a proposed development in the wider cityscape.
It allows you to import 3D models in many common formats (for example, .dae, .flt, .3ds, .wrl) and place the new development directly into a scene. Alternatively, you can load a 3D model from a multipatch feature layer and hide existing features such as buildings and trees that overlap with the new development before publishing. View the new development from any location and angle to see how it fits into the wider community and publish it for feedback and review by stakeholders.
This video takes you through the Visualize Proposed Development workflow.
