Exploring Virtual Reality (VR) with ArcGIS

Learn how to create Virtual Reality (VR) experiences with Esri Technology. We will introduce the new ArcGIS 360 VR app for Samsung’s GearVR available from Esri Labs. We’ll demonstrate how to author 3VR files for this new application, and explore its capabilities. We’ll then diver deeper into VR, going through the process of creating 3D content for consumption in, and then creation of a Unity based 3D game/application. We will also cover research at Esri to provide a more seamless experience for streaming 3D content directly into AR/VR experiences with some experimental technology demonstration.
