Using Collector for ArcGIS, repair status and outage estimates are communicated efficiently, in real-time…with no paper! In addition, “Dashboard” is considered the situational-awareness interface at the Customer Service Call Center, keeping everyone in-the-know as situations unfold and public water is reliably restored to all.
