Policing in the 21st Century

In the Redlands Forum on September 28, Chief Rachel Tolber and deputy chief Deanna Cantrell of the Redlands Police Department delivered a presentation on policing in the 21st century. Their talk included topics related to building trust and legitimacy, policy and oversight, technology and social media, community policing and crime reduction, training and education, and officer wellness and safety.
