This demo shows how the Esri Pulse App can animate any public feature layer with WebGL.
From version 4.5 of the ArcGIS API for JavaScript, you can use the WebGL Renderer to animate points, lines and polygons. WebGL is a JavaScript API for rendering high performance, interactive 2D and 3D graphics within any compatible web browser.
Pulse is an open application that utilizes the WebGL Renderer to animate a public feature layer of your choice.
