To strengthen its worldwide retail network, Pirelli (and Esri partner) ValueLab developed a global location intelligence platform for all countries. The multi-country web tool, integrated with Pirelli DWH and CRM, shows POS info, geographic KPIs and allows to run complex network and what-if analysis. It helps all markets to control and improve performance, find best POS to affiliate, and exploit market potential. The project also helped HQ to develop uniform metrics and KPIs, allowing retail analysis at the global level.
