Form-Based Code planning regimes elevate development patterns that prioritize form and character prescriptions over more traditional use-based practices. ArcGIS Urban is an ideally suited tool to communicate and evaluate prospective development scenarios consistent with the design features prescribed by Form-Based Codding. In this session we will explore the suitablity of ArcGIS Urban in Rural or No-Growth development scenarios via an evaluation of three procedurally divergent Kauai Form-Based Codes.
