In this webinar, NEXA analysts will demonstrate their mapping of Ohio and Arkansas, as well as ArcGIS tools for emergency response and airway tunnel design. They will discuss how, using ArcGIS data as a foundation, they forecast the economic impacts of AAM on a state in terms of jobs, tax revenues, and new productivity.
The partnership between UAM Geomatics and Esri brings newly developed ArcGIS tools to clients that now include federal, state, and local governments; electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft manufacturers; power grid developers; helicopter operators; and others pursuing the trillion-dollar global opportunity provided by Advanced Air Mobility (AAM).
Using ArcGIS, NEXA Advisors and UAM Geomatics have mapped the entire United States to help agencies prepare for Advanced Air Mobility in the following ways
• Airport and heliports for establishing possible vertiport locations
• Hospitals for medical transportation that is quiet, carbon-free, and a fraction of the cost of helicopters
• Roads, highways, shipping, and manufacturing facilities for transporting cargo
• Fire and police stations for first responders for optimizing routes and enhancing response time
