Esri's new design system (Calcite) offers a low-effort way to build familiar, on-brand, user-friendly experiences by providing a collection of design and development resources. It consists of design guidelines, 1400+ icons, color schemes, and a themable web component library including UI elements such as buttons, panels, accordions, alerts, and many more – all with a consistent look and feel. In this session, you will get a high-level overview of the web component library, accessibility, design and development documentation, UI kits for Sketch and other design tools, foundational design patterns and more.
