VHB has spent the last two years studying the anticipated health benefits that we feel can be achieved by considering health an important factor to consider in transportation planning and design. This presentation will describe the process we have followed, from the research we have done, partnerships we have built to large stakeholder sessions that were held, and finally by applying Esri technology to attempt to predict the anticipated impact that will be achieved. In this session we will share what has been learned that can be applied to projects across the country.
