Be inspired by our next generation. These 4-H youth attended Esri UC in 2016 and had a great idea to use GIS in an amazing project they hope will help their communities become healthier. They used ArcGIS Pro to combine spreadsheet information and county data to create maps that showed high to low obesity rates throughout the United States using hot spot analysis. Then, they created Story Maps to share with others in their schools and communities. GIS is an accessible tool that allows all citizens, regardless of age, to have an impact!
