Michael Liddle, GIS Program Director at Fairfax County, VA presents his enterprise vision for the county's use of GIS at the 2022 Esri Public Sector CIO Summit. Fairfax County's strategic investment and plan led to massive GIS adoption across departments and executive engagement. Michael was also recognized as the inaugural award recipient of the Enterprise Approach to GIS Award for his leadership in establishing GIS as a foundational, critical infrastructure across the county.
