As spatial data science and GeoAI become increasingly critical in our decision-making processes, it has never been more important to consider the ethical implications of our analyses. This presentation introduces a framework for doing spatial analysis and GeoAI that is intersectional, community and justice centered; has a foundation of equity and inclusion; and promotes accountability and transparency. You will learn how to make sure equity and ethics are central to the design, evaluation, and communication of your spatial data science work.
