ArcGIS Insights is a data analytics software for analysts and scientists, and other professionals who would like to spatially analyze their data. What sets it apart is that one does not need to be an expert in Geographic Information System (GIS) to use it. With its Business Intelligence like interface, Insights makes spatial analysis easy for everyone. In this demo, we’ll see how an online retailer can use ArcGIS Insights to gain intelligence from their sales data to answer questions such as which items are selling the most, which regions have the highest sales or how have sales changed over time. We’ll use a variety of spatial, statistical, and temporal analysis tools unique to Insights. We’ll also see how easy it is to bring in data from multiple data sources and share analysis results as reports and dashboards with others in the organization.
