The PennDOT Connects application replaces the legacy screening form for project proposals and environmental scoring and allows users to complete the Project Initiation Form identifying potential project purpose and needs. It leverages automated business process management principles to streamline procedures and engage each user at the appropriate points of the process based on their role and responsibilities.
