Geocoding is the process of transforming location descriptions, such as addresses and place names, to locations on a map. You may have used a published locator, perhaps the ArcGIS World Geocoding Service before, but did you know you can also geocode addresses using your own locator?
In this video, we will explore how to build your own locator using reference data and then use it to geocode a table of addresses. This video was recorded using ArcGIS Pro 2.9 in March 2022.
