The Export MGCP Metadata geoprocessing tool was enhanced at the ArcGIS Pro 3.1 release to support MGCP Urban Vector Data (MUVD). This tool is included in the Topographic Production toolbox, which is part of the ArcGIS Defense Mapping or ArcGIS Production Mapping extension for ArcGIS Pro.
