A Digital Twin For Grenada
views
Digital Twins are virtual representations of the real world and provide greater context to solve many challenges. GIS helps us create digital twins of the natural and built environments. In this session, we will examine the Digital Twin recently built for the Country of Grenada. This Digital Twin is now serving as the foundation for the country and is being used to improve decision making in many areas, from economic development to sustainability and resilience to disaster planning, preparedness, and response.
Join us as we take an in depth look at the digital twin in the Country of Grenada. We will explore several areas including how to model data, extract and create features, and visualize information for decision making. We will look at various types of data used to help build the model including imagery and lidar, share deep learning models applied and look at simulation modeling including sea level rise.
