This video describes how to clip a specific area of a map to be used as a basemap in ArcGIS Map Viewer. As it is a custom map, the clipped area must first be published as a tile layer from ArcGIS Pro before being configured to use as a basemap in ArcGIS Online. Item 2773-2024
