Is it Possible to Uncheck the Allow NULL Check Box when Editing the Attribute Table in ArcGIS Pro

In ArcGIS Pro, once an attribute table for a feature layer is saved with entries, the Allow NULL check box can no longer be unchecked. As an alternative, the feature layer must be recreated to disable the Allow NULL check box.
