The Star Wars franchise has inspired many people in so many ways. After watching a more recent Star Wars film, I imagined what it would be like to look up in the sky and see the Death Star ominously hovering above us. I then imagined what it would be like if, instead of our moon orbiting around the Earth in a predictable pattern, it was the Death Star. This is obviously not a reality, but at least we have augmented reality. Using Esri’s iOS AR Toolkit, join me in exploring the Star Wars universe, witnessing the Death Moon.
