In ArcGIS Pro, Thiessen polygons can be created
to identify densely populated areas from a line feature layer based on the
distribution and size of the polygons. The densely populated area can be
determined as the population center. This video provides a workflow of
converting the line feature layer to Thiessen polygons using Create Thiessen
