Featured presenters include: Rachel Greene | Tennessee Department of Agriculture, Division of Forestry As forest data and analysis unit leader, Greene is responsible for spatial data supporting fire suppression and prevention, forest health, state forests, and tree nursery operations. Her areas of expertise include landscape conservation planning and spatial statistics. Joaquin Ramirez | Technosylva Ramirez is founder and principal consultant at Technosylva, producing sophisticated fire behavior analysis and management software for wildfire. He is a passionate fire scientist and software architect, serving as chief designer of Wildfire Analyst™ and fiResponse™ and the elected president of the International Association of Wildland Fire, effective January 2022. Fernando Veiga | Xunta de Galicia Veiga is the deputy director of forest fire extinction for Xunta de Galicia, the local government in Galicia, Spain. He has 25 years of experience as a fire engineer, including 14 years in forest management and 11 years in management and direction of forest fire extinction. Gustavo Álvarez | Xunta de Galicia Álvarez is a coordinator of information systems and technologies for the government in Galicia, Spain. He leads analysis and design of applications for forest fires, including geolocation and mobility solutions.
