The next evolution of app builder from Esri is called ArcGIS Experience Builder. When you want to build a customized web application for your end-users, it can often be more useful to build them an experience. Something that's more than simply a map-centric app. An experience is a web app that integrates maps along with stories, images, video, and other components for telling a bigger story.
