Fernleaf partners with esri, NOAA, and many other federal agencies to use many facets of GIS to integrate large amounts of data at multiple scales to provide climate services to community decision makers.  Using a process called the Steps to Resilience from the US Climate Resilience Toolkit, we help people move from "Did you know?" (The impacts of a changing climate) to "Why should I care?" (Risk to the local community) to "What can we do about it?" (Taking action to build resilience).
