There is a lot of discussion on the various federal funding opportunities (CARES, ARPA, IIJA) and while the opportunities are exciting, oftentimes with the release of these programs comes a lot of misinformation. Do I have to pay the funds back? Is this program eligible? Am I going to get audited? What are the funding requirements? In other words, is taking the money worth the red tape?
