This lesson explains how to use the Object Detection tool to quickly detect objects as point features using ArcGIS Pro. The Object Detection tool is an Exploratory Analysis tool that works for 3D scenes and 2D maps.
The Object Detection tool requires an ArcGIS for Desktop Advanced license to have access to the tool. You also need to set up your environment for deep learning.
In our example, we will detect windows in a city scene using the Object Detection tool. This video serves as an introduction of how to use the Object Detection tool and some of its primary features.

• Download Esri's provided deep learning models
• Choose what type of objects you want to detect
• Choose how to symbolize the results
• Run a detection
• Add a description to your detections
