This webinar will highlight a methodology for creating an effective pavement management program for any road management agency. Drawing on his experience while at Utah DOT, Stan Burns (retired) along with Jacob Pellmann and Travis Franz of Mandli Communication will present the methodology behind “A Plan for Every Section of Roadway – PFES.” His methodology uses GIS to make pavement management more accessible to nontechnical professionals. This approach delivers a plan for maintaining and preserving every roadway for the full life cycle.
