All 50 states along with 4 U.S. territories and the District of Columbia have opted in to the FirstNet plan to design and build a dedicated nationwide wireless broadband network for public safety. Representatives from the FirstNet Developer Program will share information about the app ecosystem which is fed by the development community. The program gives members the tools necessary to develop and certify their public safety apps for inclusion in the FirstNet catalog of apps and solutions.
