PwC collaborated with a US utility to assess the climate risk posed to their varying above and below ground assets. Leveraging our Geospatial Climate Intelligence solution, housed within ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise, we loaded ~191,000 assets of our Client’s energy infrastructure in order to project potential frequency and severity of acute and chronic perils. Additionally, we quantified the predicted financial impact for specific weather events, in order to identify areas of the highest risk of damage or business interruption.
