This video provides a quick tour of Raster Cell Iterator, a new functionality within the arcpy python site package in ArcGIS Pro 2.5. Raster Cell Iterator, or RCI for short, allows you to visit every cell location in a Raster object. The iterator makes it easy to query and modify cell values at each cell location and at neighboring cell locations.
