EMA is advancing its use of data science and geospatial technologies to track field operations and measure community stability following an incident of national significance. In this presentation, Chris Vaughan, FEMA’s Geospatial Information Officer, will demonstrate how FEMA is using consequence modeling, imagery analysis, crowdsourcing, artificial intelligence, as well as mobile applications to assess impacts and predict resource requirements following a significant incident.
