We discussed what’s new in the Citizen Problem Reporter solution and how local government agencies can configure the solution to collect non-emergency problems (for example, blight, graffiti, trash, pothole, and flooding), monitor the resolution of non-emergency problems, and ultimately gauge public sentiment after completing any required work.
